SBI PO 2025 Selection Process
The SBI PO 2024 selection process consists of three stages:
- Preliminary Examination:
- >This is the first stage and serves as a qualifying round.
>The exam is objective-type and consists of three sections: English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability.
>The duration of the exam is 1 hour.
>Candidates who qualify in this round will proceed to the Main Examination. - Main Examination:
- >The Main Exam includes both objective and descriptive tests.
>The objective test has four sections: Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, Data Analysis & Interpretation, General/Economy/Banking Awareness, and English Language.
>The duration of the objective test is 3 hours.
>The descriptive test, which follows immediately, involves writing a letter and an essay. This section lasts 30 minutes.
Candidates who clear the Main Exam will move on to the Group Discussion and Interview round for the recruitment of SBI PO 2025 - Group Discussion & Interview:
- >This final stage assesses the candidate’s communication skills, leadership qualities, and overall personality.
